Who is a WESO Member?

Any born again Christian who professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and has registered with the ministry either as a student or non-student by paying the registration fee, filled the registration form and signed the declaration form.

How do I become a WESO member?

Visit our website click of the register now button, enter your payment details in the first step. next complete your registration in the registration form provided and sign the declaration form. The secretariat will respond by confirming your registration status.

What is the registration procedure?

Can I become a leader in WESO?

Yes of course. WESO Ministry believes in modelling leaders that create an impact in the society. We create a platform for any of our members interested in impacting the ministry with their God-given leadership. We also nurture leaders to facilitate continuity,

Can one cease to be a WESO member?

A member may terminate his/her membership with The Society:

Through resignation by submitting a written letter, stating so to the General
Secretary. Resignation shall take effect from the date of receipt of such notice
and the GS shall acknowledge receipt thereof.

Through expulsion ratified by the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Through natural attrition

Can I host missioners from WESO?

Yes, any member of a Bible teaching church can write to the WESO Ministry through the missions committee to show their interest in hosting missioners from the ministry. This can also be done directly to the fellowships. Subject to review and approval, the mission planned can begin.

What does WESO do?

WESO Ministry is an evangelistic team that reaches to the community through the various platforms available such as gospel campaigns, medical camps, leadership training, community cleanup exercises among many other activities.

Am I still a WESO member after campus?

Yes. WESO Ministry provides a smooth transition for members coming out of campus by availing the platform for the members to join non-students fellowships within their area of residence.

Can I serve as a volunteer in WESO?

Yes, there is a platform for young ministers who would like to offer their professional skills or gifts to give back to the ministry as volunteers. Any member interested can write to the secretariat and they will be considered.

Does the secretariat support fellowship activities?

Yes, WESO secretariat supports fellowship activities through various channels provided by the constitution and at multiple levels. Fellowship leadership can write to the secretariat whenever it comes to.

When does WESO host its missions?

WESO Ministry hosts missions once every two years at the national level. Different fellowships also hold missions annually at different time of the year depending on various factors.

When does the national AGM take place?

WESO holds its national AGM the first week of June of every year at its headquarters in Webuye.
